About Ellie
Ellie is a beautiful daughter to Swedish-bred and -owned Wilde (MultiCh Isotop's Hot Shot). Wilde was in the United States to attend the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in 2006, when Gypsy (Ch Chelsea's Blue Gypsy Dancer RA SE CGC) came into season. We had already seen Wilde in 2005, when he came over from Sweden for Morris & Essex and the BTCA National Specialty and won a huge Group 2 from the classes the preceding week. We greatly appreciated Wilde's flowing sidegait, moderate size, substance and beautifully flat ribbing. Ellie possesses the same sidegait, size and ribbing that we hoped to bring in from this outcross. Ellie finished her championship in September 2007 with 18 points total (2 majors).
Ellie delivered her first litter in 2010, when she was bred to Vegas (MBISS GCh LAMZ Viva Las Vegas RN SE CA RATI RATN CGC). That litter resulted in two girls and two boys, two of which went on to finish their AKC Championships. Her daughter, Ginny (Ch LAMZ Top Shelf Bombay Sapphire), from this first litter went Winners Bitch at the 2011 BTCA National Specialty from the 6-9mos puppy class at just 6mos and 2 weeks of age. Her son, Derby (GCh LAMZ Derby Day Mint Julep) also from this first litter, went Winners Dog at Devon, during the 2010 Montgomery weekend. He finished his championship right around 1 year of age with two 5-point majors. Ellie was been bred again in the spring of 2011 to Shilling (BISS GCh LAMZ Heads I Win Tails You Lose CAA RATI RATN) which resulted in a litter of 2 males and 3 females. Four of those puppies will be shown in the future. Two of the girls are already pointed with both singles and majors towards their championships.
Ellie is now retired from the show ring and our breeding program and will be happily chasing balls in her co-owners yard!
