There are very few bedlingtons born every year in the USA so if you're interested in a puppy we reccomend that you find a reputable breeder and contact them when you begin your search to reserve a puppy from a future litter! We usually breed only once or twice a year, and our litters are carefully planned long before the puppies are born. All the dogs we use for breeding are DNA 1,1 for Copper Toxicosis, have current eye CERF testing, have had their hearts examined by a licensed Cardiologist and have had their patellas examined to ensure they are healthy and clear of genetic abnormalities before breeding. Our puppies are also all CERF tested, vaccinated, de-wormed and have their hearts checked by a licensed cardiologist before we place any of them in new homes. All of our puppies are registered with the AKC. Our show-prospect puppies are sold on a co-ownership agreement until they complete their AKC Championship, at which point we will sign off of their papers. All pet puppies are sold with Limited registration, meaning that if the dog is bred, any resulting offspring will be ineligible for AKC registration and we retain co-ownership on them until proof of spay/neuter is provided to us, in writing, by your veterinarian.

Early 2012 Litter

Ch LAMZ Hokie Pokey X GCh Spellbind Fantastic Symphony

Molli (Ch LAMZ Hokie Pokey) has been bred to Piper (Multi Group Placing GCh Spellbind Fantastic Symphony).
Molli finished her championship in 3 total weekends of showing with 5 major wins and 17 points. She went Best of Breed from the classes over top ranked specials for one of those majors. During our national specialty weekend (her first weekend of shows) she won the Bred-By Exhibitor class two of the days she was shown.
Molli is the full sister (from a repeat breeding) to Chloe (Ch LAMZ Lucky Clover) who is the dam to two National Specialty Winners Dogs, multiple top-ranked bedlington terriers, multiple Group Winners/Placers, two dogs who have been awarded the 1st Award of Merit at the National Specialty, a multiple national specialty weekend breed winner, multiple champions, several puppies who have finished with 5 majors each, several puppy-group winners along with many other accolades in the show ring. Chloe herself went Winners Bitch during our National Specialty weekend in 2006 and was Reserve Winners Bitch at Morris & Essex in 2005 (National Specialty weekend). Molli's littermate Roadie (Multi Group Winning GCh LAMZ College Road Trip) is a Multiple Group Winning/Placing special who has been ranked for several years. Molli's half sister Ginny (LAMZ Top Shelf Bombay Sapphire) was Winners Bitch at the 2011 BTCA National Specialty and her sire Vegas (MBISS Ch LAMZ Viva Las Vegas RN SE) was Best of Breed at the 2011 National Specialty, is a multiple specialty winner, was the #1 Bedlington Terrier in the US in 2007 and is a proven producer of excellent conformation and performance prospects.
Piper went Winners dog during our National Specialty weekend in 2008 for a 5-pt major. He finished his championship at just over 10 months of age with a 5, 4 and 3-pt major along the way. He is currently in Georgia being shown by his Breeder/Owner/Handler and is a mutliple group placer. He received an Award of Merit at te 2009 BTCA National Specialty. He sired our November 2009 litter out of Gypsy (Ch Chelsea's Blue Gypsy Dancer RA SE) resulting in two puppies who both finished their championships by the time they were 10 months old. Elphie (GCh LAMZ Wickedly Defying Gravity) is a group placing special who is a top-ranked Grand Champion in 2011.
Molli was bred in November and is confirmed pregnant. We expect puppies to be born mid-January and they will be ready to go to their new homes in mid-March. Please contact us for more information about this or future breedings.

We are planning to breed Chloe (Ch LAMZ Lucky Clover) again this Spring/Summer. She is the dam to two National Specialty Winners Dogs, multiple dogs with several group wins & placements, two dogs who have been awarded the 1st Award of Merit at the National Specialty, a multiple national specialty weekend breed winner, multiple champions, several puppies who have finished with 5 majors each, several puppy-group winners along with many other accolades in the show ring. Chloe herself went Winners Bitch during our National Specialty weekend in 2006 and was Reserve Winners Bitch at Morris & Essex in 2005 (National Specialty weekend). Her half sister was Winners Bitch at the 2011 BTCA National Specialty and her Sire was Best of Breed at the 2011 National Specialty.
The male we are planning to breed Chloe to has been determined - more information/pictures will be coming soon. This male also had an impressive show career and is a proven producer.
We expect Chloe to be in season again around March/April, so we expect to have puppies sometime around early summertime. Please contact us for more information about this or future breedings.
