About Roadie
Roadie lives with and is owned by the Miller family in Central Pennsylvania. Their daughter, Morgan Miller, competed with Roadie on the east coast in Junior Showmanship and in the breed ring. The two quickly became the #1 Bedlington Terrier Junior Showmanship team and were the #1 Overall Terrier Junior Handler team in 2010.
Roadie did tremendously well in the show ring over the years with his young junior/owner/handler. He was the only 6-9mos puppy dog who placed in his class every day during our 2009 BTCA National Specialty weekend and was 2nd in his sweeps class at the National. Roadie finished his AKC Championship in May of 2010, shown solely by Morgan. Along the way to his Championship, Roadie won multiple Best of Breeds from the classes over top-ranked specials. His first weekend out as a true special (not a move-up), he was awarded two Group 3's and two Group 1's! He became one of the first 10 Bedlington Terriers in AKC History to receive his Grand Championship. Roadie won several more Group 1's over the course of his show career and many more Terrier Group Placements.
Roadie is now retired from the show ring, living out his golden years as a spoiled pet with the Miller family.
